What is the estimated delivery time for my bike?
Domestic orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days. International shipping times vary by location, but most riders receive their bikes within 7-14 business days.
Do Collective bikes come fully assembled?
To ensure safe transit, our bikes are shipped 85% assembled. You will need to install the handlebars, front wheel, pedals, and perform a basic safety check before your first ride.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return window for bikes in brand-new, unused condition with original packaging. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and financing options through Klarna and Affirm to help you spread the cost of your purchase.
Does my bike come with a warranty?
Yes, all Collective bikes come with a limited manufacturer's warranty covering frame and fork defects for a period of one year from the date of purchase.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number and a link to the courier's tracking portal.
