At Collective Bikes, we want you to be fully satisfied with your ride, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for all unused bikes and gear in their original packaging. Whether you need a different frame size or a different model, our team is here to ensure a smooth exchange process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in the original manufacturer's box, ensuring all tools, manuals, and protective padding are included to prevent transit damage.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided return shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned goods for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
